India Nov 2014 - Day 7 - Ranthambore Safari

Yesterday's journey...


Along the way from Fatehpur Sikri to Sawai Madhopur...

Rajasthanani Folk Music and Dance Show for Abrar Palace's arriving guests. But too tired to sit the whole through and decided to retire, preparing for the next day early morning Safari



The next day, Day 7 - Our accommodation at Sawai Madhopur, Abrar Palace

Our meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all here at the Abrar Palace. The best ever "roti nan"..

THE SAFARI

Ranthambore Safari, earlier in the morning...

Arrived at the entrance.. passport details were submitted, some forms filled up, obtaining permit to "Safari-ing" at designated area (all done by the Safari guide/driver) prior to entering Ranthambore National Park..

We were unlucky...


..no sighting even of a single tiger.. only footprints... let alone meeting Machli, The Queen of Tigress... the world's most photographed tigress... and also the world's oldest wild tigress..
